 Ningbo Yujiao Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., LTD. (referred to "YJ Auto ", formerly Yujiao Traffic Hose Factory) is engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and sale of auto parts. Since founded in 1989, JY Auto has been specializing in tire repair tech, R&D and manufacturing of tire repair kit,pump and auto plastic parts.Besides, we also provide tire repair glue and other related products. We have two factories in Ningbo which including 5 highly automated assembly lines, 2 glue modulation & filling production lines and several full-inspection lines. We set up the R&D center in Shanghai and built winter test field in Heihe city. YJ Auto won the good quality and credit enterprise of Ningbo city, SAIC MOTOR outstanding supplier award and ISO certification.
The company located in Notoginseng town between Ningbo and Yuyao city which besides the east sea of China, it also close to the No. 61st. provincial road and only 60 km far from the Beilun Port (one of the deep water harbor). We have convenient transportation advance for 35km to Ningbo Lishe International Airport and 1km to the highway exit of Hangzhou Bay Bridge. Now we have more than 150 employees and 35 technical experts. Based on the strong technical force and R&D capability, we keep innovating and already have official authority in self-management and agent import &export for both goods and technology. We stress on the Modernization Management and have more than 20 years' experience specializing in the production of auto brake hose assembly and metal joint. We passed TS16949:2000 (Quality Management System Certification), strictly according to the national, industrial and enterprise production standard.
In 2011, YJ Auto successfully developed the domestic first paragraph of split self-service tire repair kit with independent intellectual property and then producted the first integral one in 2014. Now our OEM projects including SAIC Roewe 350&550, MG3 (2015) &GS, SGMW (CN180C project), GAC (AG project) and Geely (TX4 project) which had already carried our self-service tire repair kit. In 2015, our products would be applied into OEM markets of BYD and Changan, also the after-markets of SVW and SGM. YJ Auto is the first famous brand of self-service tire repair in China and we would keep following and satisfying the customers' demand to become the leader in this field. |
